Stonegrill International has formulated an alternative to traditional franchising, in the form of a Licencing Agreement. It offers you an innovative idea which has been put together in a functional, proven package. Although certain operational conditions apply, it is more flexible than the traditional form of franchise, while maintaining many advantages.

Unlike a franchise which demands that you conform to rules and image completely, the Stonegrill Licence Agreement allows you to retain total control of your business.

Stonegrill International does not demand a percentage of your business turnover, or dictate menu pricing and has no compulsory advertising budget, and no upfront franchise fee.

Stonegrill International does not involve itself with the general running of any Stonegrill operation. Our foremost interest is in the uniformity, quality and presentation of Stonegrill. The identity of which is recognized through the Stonegrill name and trademark symbol.

The Establishment Fee paid for each system covers all equipment provided by Stonegrill International and the Stonegrill Licence Fee at each level.

After entering into the Licence Agreement and the payment of the Establishment Fee, there are no other fees payable to Stonegrill International, unless an exclusive or protected territory is required by the operator.

It is through this agreement and the association with Stonegrill International that the Stonegrill Licencee is offered the many benefits and entitlements, which lower overheads and improve business viability and competitiveness.
