"We were first introduced to StoneGrill at a small pub in Masterton, New Zealand. We had two tremendous meals there, probably the best restaurant-prepared steak and chicken we have ever had. That is the only time we had the pleasure of a StoneGrill meal, but still talk about it to this day, hard to believe.
We have told many of our friends about that meal......"

"Delicious Paua/whitebail fritter on the stone, and I then had the venison.......selection for the Stonegrill is fab, and really well presented. And to think we will now travel 45 minutes to go back and take the children, rather than 1 minute walk down the road!"
Jean, dined at Church Hill Restaurant Stewart Island
"This was our first experience with stone grilling and we thoroughly enjoyed it. My friend and I ordered the mixed grill of beef, lamb, pork and chicken. Our husbands each ordered seafood, but happily shared what we had ordered and were equally impressed.
The presentation was exceptional with a side salad and several different types of cooked vegetables. All were cooked to perfection. We were also very impressed to see that the stone grill kept the meat hot, juicy and tender, even though we "dined" and took our time with the meal. It was never overdone or dried out as one might expect."
Dianne and Neil, from Sydney
"Thanks for booking us in at the Stonegrill. I'd have to say without a doubt that was the nicest meat I've ever had. Luke, Neil and I had the Mixed Grill and all loved it......We're going to find the Resturant in Sydney for sure! So overall it was a fantastic meal."

My wife and I were in Sydney last week and dined at Louisa's hotel where we tried stonegrill for the very first time. I must say it was a very interesting experience. Definitely unlike anything I've tried before in the
way of dining.......everyone in the group of about 30 adults and just as many children enjoyed the meal
tremendously.
